Check out Pinterest and other sites online to browse through some home designs and decor that you feel fits your personality best. Then you can start to shop online for certain items and see what’s on sale.

Walk through a Homesense or decor store if you need more inspiration and don’t forget to check out the clearance section. If an item’s not on sale today, maybe it will be in a week!

Wallpaper can go a long way in changing the entire look of a room. You can use patterned and textured wallpaper to create a dramatic look. You could also choose to make an accent wall and keep the other walls neutral. Pair some small decor items that match the wallpaper color and you have yourself a nice new updated room.

Adding in one large piece of wall art can change the look of a room dramatically.  Instead of buying multiple art pieces to fit your walls, you can save money by purchasing larger decor.

Another way to make a room look larger would be to add a large mirror or two across from a window to bring in some nice natural light in and make your space appear larger.
